Welcome to The Beauty Bar Starkville! A long time dream of owner, Polly Briggs, The Beauty Bar became reality on December 13, 2017. Originally located in R Tabb and Co Boutique & Gifts, the Beauty Bar expanded to an independent location in July 2019 at 105 N Lafayette St. Our cozy boutique style studio offers a unique, personalized experience in a convenient yet private setting.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation/ No Show Policy: All cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to your appointment. Arriving 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show. A charge of 50% of the amount of the service booked will be applied if the requested time of 24 hours is not met. If the card used to book the appointment declines for the no show fee, online booking will no longer be available, and the next appointment will require payment of the original no-show fee and prepayment of the future service. Following 3 no shows with the fee collected, prepayment for services will be required and online booking will not be available. A deposit of 50% is required for all Brazilian wax appointments. This deposit is non-refundable if we do not receive a minimum 24 hour notice of cancellation. If you are paying for your service with a gift card, your credit card information will be stored on file during booking but not charged unless you no show or fail to give 24 hour notification of cancellation. *UNUSED GIFT CARDS PURCHASED ONLINE EXPIRE 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE*

Polly Briggs
Owner/Licensed Esthetician: Polly is the owner and lead Esthetician of The Beauty Bar. A 2005 graduate of MS State University, Polly decided to pursue her lifelong passion for skincare by becoming a Licensed Esthetician in June 2017, and continued her education under plastic surgeon, Dr Alan Pritchard for an additional year. Although she loves all things about being an Esthetician, waxing is her passion and expertise with over 5,000 Brazilian services provided. She opened WaxClubSTK in July 2024 offering full body waxing services in an upscale, luxurious environment. Each service provider is personally trained by Polly benefitting from her extensive industry experience.
Allison Corbett
Allison is a licensed esthetician dedicated to helping clients achieve their skincare goals through personalized treatments and expert advice. With a passion for beauty and wellness, she specializes in a variety of services including advanced facials, waxing, and chemical peels. Allison's goal is to provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, ensuring each client leaves feeling confident and refreshed.
